Onder Besceli was born on March 18, 1971, in Kayseri. After completing his education at TED Kayseri College, he graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Economics. After obtaining an MBA from Georgia Southern University in the United States, worked in the Finance department at Walt Disney World.
From 2000 to 2015, Onder worked at Nestlé Turkey in various roles, including Distributor Management, Commercial Marketing Management, Chain Stores Management, Modern Trade Channel Management, Out-of-Home Consumption National Sales Management, and Business Development Management, accumulating 15 years of experience.
In the years 2016-2018, he served as the International Sales and Marketing Director at Anadolu Efes. On February 1, 2021, Onder started working as the Sales and Marketing Director at LAV.
